How long will my design take?
This varies from design to design. When you e-mail me about your project I will give you a estimated time-line. Depending on how busy I am at the time I may be able to start right away or I may have to put your project out several days or even weeks. It is possible to expedite your design order and printing order within reasonable means, but this will require an additional design fee and printing fee.
How do you charge for design?
I charge an hourly rate for design time. Flat rates are available but only after an extensive review of your project. I will need a 50% down payment before starting on any design, just as a security precaution.
Are there discounted prices available?
I do give a discounted hourly rate to non-profits, churches and independent artists. You must have your non-profit and company information available for review if you’re interested in discounted pricing.
How will I receive my proof?
Your proofs will be sent to you through a link off of Dunlap Studio’s website. You will be able to view your artwork in your browser rather than worrying about receiving large e-mails. You’ll receive as many proofs as you need until the design is completed, I do not charge for proofing.
How do I pay for my bill?
After the project is finished you will be sent an invoice through your e-mail from Dunlap Studio’s Paypal account. Your order will not be sent to print and you will not receive any files until the invoice is paid in full.
