Constanze is an incredible Austrian illustrator. Her Metamorphesis series for her school project is one of the most creative, stylized, series I’ve seen.

Banksy has been one of my favorite artists and favorite inspirations for years. None of his style is reflected in my artwork, though I’m not so much inspired by his artwork, but more so by his passion and voice that is expressed through his artwork. In high school I filled notebooks with Banksy’s work and I’m proud to say 5 or 6 years later I’m still in love with his artwork.

Chelsea is an incredible tradition/digital artist. Her character work is unbelievable, and her concepts are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. She can make the most innocent children’s books and then create the most brutal artwork I’ve seen. She’s incredible, hope you enjoy her as much as I do.

I found Alberto sometime last year through one of his personal exhibitions. Since then he’s been seen in several giant publications, mostly sports related. He’s one of the artists I respect most, as I have no idea how he has the talent and dedication required to make the pieces he comes up with. You can view Alberto’s work Here. Audrey is an incredible traditional artist that paints primarily on wood. Her style is incredibly unique and her pieces are incredible.

Hey guys, thanks to the interest in my MSCED and my site traffic increase, I’m wanting to keep the inspiration/artwork coming. I really appreciate the people that took the time to view my work, and even more so, those of you on Twitter, Facebook and this blog that took the time to give input and comment on my work.

I showed you my work, now I want to show you my inspiration. Over the next 20 days I will be posting 20 artists, one artist per day. I’ve chosen 10 male and 10 female artists that give me the most inspiration. They won’t be posted in any specific order, as I don’t want to say I like one artist more than another, and I don’t even think I could in this case. I’ve chosen 20 artists that are not really comparable to one another, as their styles are so significantly different, which also gives a really broad amount of inspiration. So for you designers/illustrators or just art lovers, I assure you, this will be a treat. For anyone that takes interest in my work, you can now see where I get my inspiration from and what my artistic interests are. The posting will begin this Monday night, so be sure to keep up with the site or subscribe via RSS if you haven’t already.

Hey Everybody, sorry for not posting all week. I’ve decided to take the week off from my blog to focus on family and freelance work. Though, I just found this online and I wanted to share it with everyone. This video is not only an incredible use of typography as art, but this is an incredible company. If any of just have to buy me a Christmas gift this year, this is exactly what I want… and after you see the video I’m sure you’ll ad a pair to your list too. Sorry I didn’t find this until now, I wish I would have found it a month ago.
